Allegheny International Inc. said it sold its Chicago-based Sciaky Bros. Inc. subsidiary to Ferranti Holdings Inc. of Commack, N.Y. Sciaky, which employs about 200 people, makes advanced welding systems and equipment for the aerospace, automotive and technology markets.
