Calvin Klein and Barry K. Schwartz, the principal cofounders of Calvin Klein Industries Inc., have increased their stake in Minnetonka Inc., Chaska, Minn., to about 9.2 percent as a possible prelude to seeking control of the company. Minnetonka makes and markets personal-care and gift items. Klein and Schwartz bought about 6.7 percent of Minnetonka`s outstanding shares in February, 1986.
