Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services Inc., a subsidiary of Comdisco Inc., Rosemont, said it agreed in principle to acquire Computer Recovery Facility Inc. of Toronto, the largest provider of disaster recovery services in Canada with approximately 100 customers.
