Services were held Monday for Agnes E. Pitner, 53, a records supervisor for the Chicago Police Department. Mrs. Pitner died Wednesday in Mercy Hospital. Mrs. Pitner, a South Side resident, had worked for the Police Department since 1965, and she was supervisor of records at Police
