COMPUMAT INC., the Broadview computer product resellers, posted slightly higher income for the first quarter ended Feb. 28, with significantly higher revenue.
Net income was $228,000, or 12 cents a share, up from $205,000, or 20 cents a share, a year earlier. The company said the decline in earnings per share resulted from an increase in the number of shares outstanding.
Revenue rose 53.8 percent, to $20.2 million from $13.1 million.
