Services for Walter V. Neumann, 74, an accountant who lived on Chicago`s South Side, will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Bond Chapel, 5800 S. Greenwood Ave. Mr. Neumann, who was born in Germany, died Sunday in Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Spiro; two sons, Thomas and W. Victor; a sister; and three grandchildren.
