The brother of Chicago Cubs first baseman Mark Grace was arrested in Fayetteville, Ark., Wednesday and charged with running a bookmaking operation, authorities said.
Police said Mike Grace was arrested along with seven others when police raided his apartment. Officers seized gambling records, computer equipment and about $4,000.
Investigators said the betting operation has been under way for at least a year.
Mike Grace, 28, enrolled this fall as a student at the University of Arkansas.
