Samuel Allen, 90, a retired lawyer, died Sunday in Weiss Memorial Hospital. Mr. Allen, a North Side resident, served as an assistant Chicago corporation counsel in the administration of the late Mayor Richard J. Daley. He practiced law for 60 years and was a past president of the Decalogue Society. Survivors include his wife, Jeannette; a daughter, Elaine Margolis;
three brothers; a sister; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 1300 W. Devon Ave.
