The 2d annual River North Exposed photo competition and exhibition has awarded prizes in two categories.
The first-place winner in the professional category is Gary Mankus, who won $100. The first-place winner in the amateur category is Renee S. Elkin, who also received $100.
Other winners are: Professional category, second place ($50), John Manning; third place ($50), Gregory L. Gaymont; honorable mention, Davisa Belle Arte. Amateur category, second place ($50), Tom Harney; third place
($50), Vas Gardiakos.
The winners were judged on black-and-white or color images taken in the River North area and were chosen from 183 who entered the contest.
