For the first time in my life, I am really shocked by a U.S. Supreme Court decision. I refer to the decision that the 4th Amendment does not rule out American agents` searches of the homes of aliens living outside the United States.
This is the sort of decision that I would expect from the supreme court of Libya or Iran.
