Santa Fe Pacific Corp. said Tuesday that it will finish repaying 1988 bank loans used to issue a special dividend. The $4.7 billion dividend, paid as part of a restructuring, included $3.9 billion in cash, of which $3.66 billion was borrowed. The loans weren`t due until 1994.
