General Motors Corp. is setting up regional headquarters in Hong Kong and offices in Indonesia and Thailand as part of a restructuring of its Southeast Asia operations. The Hong Kong office will be expanded to coordinate vehicle- related business activities throughout Southeastern Asia, Taiwan and China.
