The recent problem that the University of Illinois has with the NCAA has prompted me to suggest a very simple solution.
All games have rules to play by. All the coaches and recruiters have to do is play the game by the rules-just as they request their players to do. I am not trying to determine guilt or innocence, but I am suggesting that these things wouldn`t happen if they play by the rules.
Simple, isn`t it?
