Ernest A. Wegner, 83, a retired patent attorney, died Friday in Hinsdale Hospital. Mr. Wegner was a partner in the law firm of Wegner, Stellman, McCord, Wiles & Wood, 20 N. Wacker Drive. Mr. Wegner is survived by his wife, Virginia; a daughter, Leslie Attebery; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were Tuesday in Oak Brook.
