The fine young adults in the recent article on the Madisonians who were victims of a scam which ultimately brought them to the Chicago Four Seasons Hotel are employees of mine, and I was outraged at their cruel and callous treatment by a con artist.

I am writing this letter, however, to commend the general manager of the Four Seasons Hotel, Hans Willimann.

Mr. Willimann was more than helpful in easing the burden on the innocent victims; he was truly concerned about their welfare and refused to take payment for their rooms.

In a luxury hotel of that caliber, that kind of compassion is seldom shown to young kids and says a great deal about the hospitality of the Four Seasons and the good people of Chicago.
