In reponse to the hoopla about the ”kissing poster,” the CTA deserves applause for doing the right thing.
Perhaps we need to further examine why it is that such a benign display of affection generates so much hysteria. As a culture we accept calmly daily displays of violence and mayhem but become outraged over a simple photograph of people caring about each other.
