The arrogance of Milwaukee Archbishop Rembert Weakland after his
”punishment” by the Vatican for mishandling the abortion issue speaks volumes. He is a man who has broken the solemn vow of obedience made at ordination and the basic obligation to obey one`s boss.
Weakland was simply denied an honorary degree from a Swiss university for his disobedience. Had he worked for anyone but the Pope, he would have been fired.
