quoted Kevin Thompson, senior research associate for the Civic Federation, a taxpayer research group, as follows: ”Taxpayers don`t really know what they get for their money under these circumstances.” I respectfully disagree with Mr. Thompson`s opinion. I believe the taxpayers do know what they get for their money under these circumstances, which is absolutely nothing.
