Walter R. White, 80, a retired senior vice president of the Kemper National Insurance Cos., died Thursday in Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek, Calif. Mr. White was a longtime resident of Chicago and Park Ridge. He is survived by his wife, Louise; a daughter, Arden Fall; and a son, David. A private funeral service is being planned.
