Anna ”Chana” Silverman, 89, a Chicago resident, died Wednesday in Rush North Shore Medical Center, Skokie. Born in Russia, Mrs. Silverman came to Chicago as a child in 1913. She is survived by two sons, Hyman and Manny;
seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday in Shalom Memorial Park, Rand and Wilke Roads, Palatine.
