Jean Brooks, 76, a longtime resident of the Northwest Side, died Friday in her home. Mrs. Brooks was born in Michigan City, Ind., but lived most of her life in Chicago. She is survived by two daughters, Jeanine Kindahl and Gerri Cook; two sisters; two brothers; and five grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Stanislaus B&M Catholic Church, 5352 W. Belden Ave.
