A woman was arrested on three criminal charges Monday night for allegedly stealing prescription drugs from the Elgin pharmacy where she worked, according to Elgin police. Linda C. Shockey, 44, of 515 Autumn Ct., Elgin, is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one count of retail theft, police said. Shockey allegedly took $43 worth of prescription drugs from the pharmacy at Osco Drugs, 1670 Larkin Ave.
