The Kohl Children`s Museum will open its new exhibit ”Long Ago and Far Away” this weekend.
The exhibit features a Phoenician trading ship, where children will be encouraged to climb aboard and pretend to sail to a royal kingdom in the Middle East.
The hours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The museum is at 165 Green Bay Rd., Wilmette. For more information, call 708-256-6056.
