Ceil Long, 86, of Wisconsin Dells, Wis., formerly of Lake Shore Drive, an interior designer, died Thursday in Baraboo, Wis. Mrs. Long was an interior designer for Watson & Boeler. She attended the Chicago Art Institute. She is survived by her husband, John P.; and a sister. Mass will be said Monday in Wisconsin Dells.
