Flexible work arrangements can help many a harried working parent. The founders of Executive Options Ltd., an executive search and management consulting firm, will offer suggestions on arranging and negotiating flexible schedules that satisfy employees and businesses at this week`s meeting of Women in Management Inc.-Chicago Loop Chapter.
Kay Gurtin and Janet Froetscher will discuss such arrangements such as part-time, project and consulting positions, job sharing, telecommuting and finding and creating flexible work schedules.
The seminar is designed to provide both employers and employees with options beyond the traditional ”9-to-5” workday.
