A man who allegedly slashed two tires on his former girlfriend`s car was charged with criminal damage to property Monday afternoon, police reported.
Terance K. Qualls, 24, of 308 Kathleen Drive was accused of slashing the two rear tires of a car belonging to an Elgin woman. Qualls is to appear in Kane County Circuit Court Jan. 10 on the misdemeanor charge.
