The Tribune editorial of Jan. 4 rightly points out the lack of integrity involved in the rigging of students` test scores in the Lake Forest Cherokee School.
What was lacking appears to be not only integrity, but also the regular monitoring of test results by District 67 administra-tors. We shouldn`t have needed test experts and a hearing officer to tell us these test results were
”near statistical impossibilities” and ”statistically astounding.”
