Paul Echeles, 86, an insurance executive, died Sunday at Weiss Memorial Hospital. Mr. Echeles, who founded his own companies, Paul Echeles Inc. and Etna Insurance Agency, ”helped a lot of people, sometimes advancing them his own funds,” said his niece, Lois Rosenberg. Mr. Echeles is survived by a daughter, Sandra Lundgren; a brother; and two grandsons. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapel, 3019 W. Peterson Ave.
