A class in making Italian-style breads will be conducted by cooking teacher Maria Robinson 11 a.m to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 22, in her home, 5020 S. Lake Shore Drive. The class will cover breadmaking basics and the preparation of focaccia, grissini, pane pugliese and ciabatta. Side dishes will be served with the finished breads. The cost is $45 a person, with a limit of four students.
