Chicago residents who live in 60601 and 60661 ZIP Code areas and have a problem with their mail service may call the Customer Response Line at the post office.
The Customer Response Line is a new service offered by the Chicago Division of the U.S. Postal Service.
The service is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can only be reached with a touch-tone phone.
Customers can call 765-4357 to be connected with a specially trained customer service reprqesentative.
