President Bush has an amazing solution to our lack-of-health-care problem: If we don`t get sick, we won`t need a health care program. This type of solution could be extended to other areas. For example, if people were working, they wouldn`t be unemployed. Or if people lived in houses or apart-ments, they wouldn`t be homeless.
How could we be so dim as not to have thought of it?
