A redwood spa valued at $3,800 was reported stolen Saturday morning from an apartment complex in the 4900 block of Puffer Road. The owner told police he had placed the spa near the west entrance while moving into the complex. Police found deep tracks indicating thieves dragged the spa to a parking garage.
