The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority board voted Thursday to authorize a $3.8 million land sale to Waste Management Inc. for a possible future expansion of the refuse hauler`s adjacent Oak Brook headquarters.
The site, consisting of three tracts totaling more than 9 acres, is west of Meyers Road and north of the East-West Tollway.
