Resigning: John C. ”Jack” Kraft, 50, vice chairman and chief operating officer of Leo Burnett Co. and Leo Burnett Worldwide Inc., announced he is resigning for undisclosed personal reasons. Kraft, who helped oversee the company`s move into the 35 W. Wacker Dr. building, joined the company in 1975 as controller of Leo Burnett U.S.A. There are no plans to announce a successor.
