St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center`s Family Practice Center will hold a back-to-school health fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the hospital`s professional building, 2238 W. Thomas St.
The health fair will offer free medical exams, dental checkups, and immunizations as required by city public and parochial schools for children entering kindergarten, 1st grade, 5th grade and high school.
Children must be accompained by an adult to receive the exam. Parents must also bring the child`s immunization records.
