A 19-year-old local man has been charged with illegal possession of cannabis and trespassing at White Hen Pantry, 515 Roger Williams Ave. Cesar Flores, of 7066 St. Johns Ave., also was wanted by Highland Park police in connection with a burglary when he was arrested Monday in the alley behind the White Hen Pantry, police reported. When searched at the station, police said they found a cannabis pipe with residue in Flores` jacket pocket.
