Farewell: As Frank Sinatra crooned his signature song ”My Way,”

outgoing Chrysler Corp. Chairman Lee Iacocca made a good-bye appearance before 10,000 Chrysler dealers. Sinatra was one of several entertainers who took the stage in a Las Vegas gala designed as a farewell for Iacocca and an introduction of the company`s 1993 automobile line. Other celebrities included Rich Little, Kenny Rogers, Vic Damone, Wayne Newton, Ricardo Montalban and the McGuire Sisters. Also attending was Tip O`Neill, former speaker of the U.S. House. As Sinatra sang, a giant video showed highlights of Iacocca`s career from the time he arrived at Chrysler in the late 1970s. Chrysler Vice Chairman Robert J. Eaton will succeed Iacocca next year.
