Dollar, Nikkei rise in Tokyo: The dollar closed at 122.28 yen on the Tokyo foreign exchange market Tuesday, up 0.66 yen from Monday`s close. Meanwhile, the Nikkei Stock Average closed at 17,185.26, up 173.93 points, 1.02 percent, on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
