A local teen is free on bond after being arrested Wednesday afternoon for reportedly pointing a gun at three teens outside a local school. Reports said Vincente Gutierrez, 17, of 213 Lake St., was charged with assault after he drove up in front of the three, who were standing outside West School, at Washington and Butrick Streets, then swung at them with tire irons and threatened them with the gun.
