Three men face court hearings Thursday on charges of mob action and other offenses after they allegedly beat another man in his apartment last Thursday, authorities said. After the initial beating, two of the attackers held off witnesses while a third struck the victim on the chest with a table, authorities said. According to police, Ronnie Richter, 29, of 746 Bode Circle (number) 108, Hoffman Estates, was charged with felony mob action, aggravated battery and battery in connection with the incident. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond. Timothy Rodriguez, 19, of 285 Pleasant St., Hoffman Estates, is charged with felony mob action and aggravated battery. He was released on $4,000 bond. Timothy Quill, 21, of 2108 Central Rd., Rolling Meadows, is charged with felony mob action and also posted $4,000 bond.
