Police were looking for the former owner of a beauty school who is accused of taking more than his property when he moved out of a storefront. Reports said the owner of John Amico’s School of Hair Design, 209 Madison St., moved out of the building June 18 and allegedly took with him a water heater, urinal, 40 drop-ceiling tiles, a thermostat, a stove, space heaters and a water fountain. The fixtures were worth about $2,000.
