Police arrested Aaron J. Peart, 22, 3630 Benck Drive, Alsip, on Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence and criminal damage to property. Police said Peart received the criminal damage to property charge after he damaged the rear end of a squad car. He faces a Sept. 1 court date. He was released on his own recognizance.
