A resident was free on $100 bond, charged with knocking a Gurnee woman to the floor of his apartment and dragging her down stairs. Reports said Terry L. Carlin, 31, of 2108 Hermon Ave. was charged with domestic battery. The woman went to police who arrested Carlin at his home, reports said.
