A Cary man reported a hand-cart missing Tuesday. The man reportedly told police that as he was driving westbound in the 100 block of Main Street, the back doors of his truck opened and a hand cart and some milk fell onto the road. According to reports the man returned to the scene and the cart was gone. The cart, which is described as having red handles and large tires, was valued at $250.
