A 22-year-old man was killed and a 17-year-old youth was wounded Saturday after being shot on the West Side, police said.
David Plaza of Chicago was shot once in the back of the head and Moises Narvaez of Chicago was shot once in the the back at 3915 W. Potomac Ave., said Grand Central Area Sgt. Paul Carroll.
Plaza was pronounced dead at Mt. Sinai Hospital at 4:50 a.m. and Narvaes was in fair condition Saturday, said a nursing supervisor.
