Thomas S. Parks, 33, of 400 Blackhawk Lane, was charged with residential burglary, unlawful use of a weapon and having no firearm owner’s identification card after police said he was caught breaking into a home in the 200 block of Hebbard Street on Sunday. Parks was taken to Will County Jail.
– Jerry D. Jenkins, 43, of 1115 Charlesworth Ave., was charged with possession of a controlled substance Sunday after police said they found crack cocaine in his car in a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Woodruff Road.
