Charles R. Duncan, 26, of 24750 Forest Ave., Round Lake, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle after he allegedly crashed a snowmobile into a pole in the 500 block of Lake Street on Sunday as he was being chased by another snowmobiler, police said. The snowmobile Duncan was driving had been reported stolen 30 minutes earlier, and the other snowmobiler began the chase after spotting it.
