Inbound traffic on the Edens Expressway between Elston Avenue and Wilson Avenue was scheduled to shift to the right two lanes and right shoulder by Wednesday’s morning rush hour.
The change, which will remain in effect through this year’s construction on the Kennedy Expressway, is necessary because of work to connect the Edens to the Kennedy’s reversibles.
