An Oak Forest man was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, police said. Brian T. O’Laughlin, 27, of 4910 W. 157th St., also was charged with obstruction of rear registration plate and driving with a suspended license. Police stopped a vehicle that the suspect had just driven because the bumper allegedly was blocking the plate. Police searched the vehicle after noticing paper used for rolling marijuana cigarettes.
