Two local teenagers who allegedly flashed an air pistol at a motorist while they were driving were charged with disorderly conduct last weekend, police reports said. Evan Z. Rubin, 17, of 3076 Centennial Lane and Andrew Minkaus, 18, of 340 Briar Lane allegedly told police they were just looking at the pistol inside the car.
